Train the Trainer Course
This highly intensive course is designed to provide attendees with the knowledge and skills to establish and conduct their own in-house assembly and soldering training program.
Our course consists of instructor's lectures and hands-on demonstrations based on the requirements of IPC-A-610, J-STD-001, IPC-7711 and IPC/WHMA-A-620 (Class 3 High Reliability). Students will assemble and solder practice workmanship samples which are continuously assessed throughout the course. Students will be taught the basics of instruction and methods of teaching assembly and soldering skills. Each attendee will make a short presentation so their presentation skills can be critiqued. Comprehension of the technical information presented is verified by the students completion of written and inspection examinations. Final workmanship samples will be evaluated and graded. Students with scores of 80% or better on the examinations and workmanship samples will be awarded an Omni Training Certificate of Completion.
The Certificate will indicate the Class duration, the quality standards used and the completion date of the Class. The student's approved workmanship samples, examination results and Certificate usually provide the necessary documentation to satisfy ISO-9000 and other third party requirements.
