Omni Training will respond to your registration request no later than two business days. At that time we will confirm and process payment for the registration.

Class Payment Terms
Prepayment by Credit Card or Company Check is required to reserve space at any class or seminar. Payment must be in US funds/drawn from a US bank. The registration fee covers the cost of all training materials, including reference material, handouts, books, and supplies.

Credit Cards
Credit Card payments require card number, expiration date, and name of cardholder. We accept MasterCard and Visa.

Checks
Checks must be received no later than one week prior to the first day of the class and are to be sent to:

Purchase Orders
For Purchase Order registration, a hard copy of the PO must be sent by fax, mail, or e-mail, including your company's billing address and accounts payable department phone number. Purchase Orders will only be accepted from companies in the Omni Training "current client" database. Purchase Order terms are Net 5.

Cancellation
Registration refunds will only be given if cancellation notice is received in writing 14 days prior to the start date of the class. Substitute attendees are accepted. Rescheduling will be considered and redeemable for six months. A cancellation or rescheduling notice must be sent by fax, mail, or e-mail two weeks prior to class. Courses that are cancelled will be subject to the following cancellation fees:

  • Any Prepaid Registrations - 15%
  • Two weeks prior to the start of the Course - 25%
  • One week prior to the start of the Course - 50%
  • Day Course starts - 100%

Travel and Hotel Information
Attendees are responsible for their own transportation and accommodations.

Class hours are from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.

Certificates are issued upon receipt of tuition funds. Confirmation of your registration will be sent within two business days. Omni Training reserves the option of canceling, postponing, rescheduling or relocating any class or seminar.
